CareerRise may provide services such as career guidance, CV and LinkedIn support, application guidance, recruiter communication preparation, interview preparation, technical upskilling and offer-stage support. The exact scope will depend on the service agreed with you.
Technical training
Training may be tailored around your existing skills and target role. You are responsible for participating in agreed sessions, completing any preparation or practice required and providing accurate information about your experience and goals.
IT consulting
Business consulting and technology services will be delivered according to the scope, deliverables, assumptions, timelines and commercial terms agreed for the relevant engagement.
Fees and payment
Any fees, instalments, payment triggers or refund terms will be explained before you agree to purchase a paid service. You should review the written commercial terms carefully before proceeding.
Accuracy of information
You are responsible for ensuring that information you provide to CareerRise and information used in your applications, CV or professional profiles is accurate and reflects your genuine education, skills and experience.
Employers, applications and sponsorship
CareerRise can provide support with job-search strategy, applications and preparation, including helping candidates focus on suitable roles with sponsor-licensed employers where relevant. Hiring, salary, sponsorship, background-check and employment decisions are made by employers and other relevant third parties.
Third-party services
The website may link to external services such as WhatsApp, Instagram, email providers, job platforms or other websites. CareerRise is not responsible for the availability, content or policies of third-party services.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, attempt to interfere with its operation, submit unlawful content, or use CareerRise materials in a misleading or unauthorised way.
